As a senior member of Spark451’s digital services division, Erin leads the eMarketing team in setting up and optimizing email workflows, text messages, and voicemail campaigns for our college and university partners. Ultimately, she is responsible for the personalization, segmentation, and delivery of up to 3.5 million emails each week.

Erin knows what it takes to ensure a message lands in an inbox, and she loves digging into data, testing, and identifying new patterns and opportunities. With a laser focus on optimization, she equips our Account Services and Strategy teams with data-driven insights to help maximize email deliverability and performance.

Erin has a B.S. in accounting from the University of Delaware. She also has serious ping-pong skills and looks forward to someday replacing her dining room table with a ping-pong table!

What is the most memorable experience you’ve had at Spark451 thus far and why?

Coming in first place for TWO Halloween costume contests is one of my greatest highlights here at Spark. I take Halloween very seriously.

How did you choose your profession/why?

I went to school for accounting and, upon graduation, realized it wasn't for me. I decided to work in marketing, utilizing both a creative and analytical mindset. Email marketing was a perfect match.

What is your favorite quote and why?

"Go all out." I believe whatever is it you're doing, you need to give it 110 percent and nothing less.

When you aren’t busy being a Sparkler, what is something that you like to do and why?

I enjoy going on walks with my Cavapoo puppy, Riley, and seeing people react to her teddy-bear cuteness! I'm someone who overreacts to a cute dog on the street, and I'm happy to provide that experience to others with my own pup.
