Serving as an intermediary within the Spark Marketing, Human Resources, and Business Development departments, Eliana ensures seamless communication across teams and is responsible for keeping multiple projects on track. This Molloy Lion’s economics and marketing education has prepared her well for Spark451’s emphasis on making our partner schools’ needs our number-one priority.
How has your own college education directly translated to success at Spark451?
It improves my understanding of industry terms, while also ensuring that I know how to think creatively and communicate effectively. The future of marketing is digital and school instills this in me, while also teaching me how to leverage technology to motivate and engage consumers.
What do you enjoy most about your position at Spark451?
I enjoy learning from everyone here at Spark451 and contributing to ongoing projects!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
That your mindset is your superpower. It shapes your perception of yourself and the world around you.
When you aren’t busy being a Sparkler, what is something that you like to do?
I spend my time learning how to crochet. Crocheting brings me a sense of peace while also giving me the chance to create beautiful pieces for the people that I love.
