Reuben provides technical support for the entire Spark451 team by troubleshooting and managing hardware and software.
How did you choose your profession?
My family's businesses are all about technology and IT. Growing up in that environment fostered interest. Early on, I set aspirational goals to master the aspects of hardware and software; then step by step, I achieved those goals—positioning myself to pursue progressively more ambitious goals.
What's been your favorite project that you've worked on and why?
Data backups for internal and external applications is very interesting. I was once called upon to identify the best architecture options, then develop the solutions.
What's your favorite quote?
“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me." — C.S. Lewis
This sums me up. Throughout the day, I guarantee you’ll find a cup of tea within arm’s reach, and when I’m done with work, I’ll be reading or listening to a book.
What's something most people don't know about you?
By hand, I mechanically refurbished a 35-year-old Ford pickup — then immediately depended upon it to carry me 3,300 miles across the United States.
