What do you love most about working in higher education and why?

I appreciate working with a community of professionals who are committed to supporting students during a transformative time in their lives. It’s inspiring to collaborate with colleagues who are passionate about fostering growth, critical thinking, and future potential. The work we do helps create an environment where students can thrive, engage with new perspectives, and become leaders in their fields and the communities they live in.

What do you enjoy most about your position at Spark451 and why?

As a client strategist, I enjoy finding meaningful ways to showcase an institution's story to shape the experiences of future students. I love blending the art and science of enrollment management — combining data-driven insights with creative approaches to help colleges and universities connect with and support students throughout the admissions process.

What is your favorite quote?

“Do you know what the happiest animal on earth is? It’s a goldfish. It’s got a 10-second memory. Be a goldfish.” – Ted Lasso

I love this quote because it’s a great reminder to let go of mistakes, learn, and keep moving forward.

When you aren’t busy being a Sparkler, what is something that you like to do?

When I’m not working, you can often find me volunteering with a local dog rescue — the same one where I found my pup, Éclair! It’s rewarding to support rescue efforts and help dogs find their forever homes.
