Sarah Vicare
Director of Account Services
AKA “Vigilant Vicare“
One of the first employees of Spark451, Sarah Vicare is also one of the most important components of the company’s success. She oversees a team of eight account executives (and counting!) tasked with keeping all projects on schedule and on target. She began her tenure as an account executive herself, managing projects for a quickly growing list of partners, before taking on her leadership role as a director. Sarah and her team serve as the main liaisons between our partners and our creative, data, and engineering teams. In short, she gets things done and keeps our partners smiling.
Sarah earned B.S. in marketing and international business from the University of Delaware. Her tireless work ethic is reflected in her own personal philosophy: “There is no elevator to success — you have to take the stairs.”
What do you love most about working in higher education and why?
Our end goal is to help potential students achieve their educational goals and career aspirations. It is a feel-good industry and really makes a positive impact for so many people as they pursue their future endeavors.
What’s one thing everyone needs to know about Spark451 and why?
We are one big family! Everyone's door is always open and our ability to continuously collaborate is one of our greatest strengths.
What is one super power you'd want to possess and why?
The ability to travel back in time and tell myself not to worry about certain things that ended up being meaningless or silly!
When you aren’t busy being a Sparkler, what is something that you like to do and why?
I love to cook!
