Taking place during this year’s 23rd Jenzabar Annual Meeting (JAM), SparkThink@JAM is a session track dedicated to sharing information and ideas on topics related to enrollment management, admissions, marketing, and technology.

REGISTRATION FEE
Registration for SparkThink@JAM is $725. You’ll gain access to:
- Admission to the JAM Keynote
- Access to two plenary sessions
- Three days of educational sessions, panel discussions, and networking events
- Entry to the JAM Hub exhibitor hall
- Social events and meals, including:
- Wednesday evening Welcome Reception (heavy hors d’oeuvres)
- Breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Friday evening JAM Party (dinner)

Taking place at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center, SparkThink@JAM offers admissions and marketing pros a one-of-a-kind experience on the shores of the majestic Lake Grapevine.
Attendees will benefit from a special conference nightly rate of $209 + taxes for a standard room. When you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a special reservation link for the Gaylord Texan Resort. The SparkThink@JAM rate is in effect through May 6 or while supplies last (whichever comes first).

Maximize your SparkThink@JAM experience by adding the JAM Executive Summit to your schedule. Developed exclusively for college and university Presidents, Vice Presidents, CFOs, CIOs, and other cabinet-level executives, this half-day program will begin prior to the start of the full event and offer campus executives the opportunity to collaborate on pressing issues and changes within the industry.

Registration Details
Registration fees must be paid online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express by May 15, 2024. Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A receipt is emailed with the registration confirmation at the end of the registration process.

Any complimentary registrations granted must be used in the year granted or they will be forfeited; they may not be carried forward as a credit on future events. Complimentary registrations are non-transferrable.
Spark451 and Jenzabar have been made aware of a fraudulent hotel booking link that is circulating claiming to have discounts for JAM and SparkThink@JAM at other hotels. Spark451 and Jenzabar are not affiliated with this company or offer in any way, and we strongly recommend that JAM and SparkThink@JAM attendees consider it spam and do not click on any links within the email. The only official JAM and SparkThink@JAM hotel is the Gaylord Texan Resort, and reservations should be made by following the link provided upon completing registration.
You may cancel and receive a full refund in the form of the original payment if we are notified of your cancellation in writing to [email protected] by April 30, 2024. After that date, you may send a substitute, but no refunds will be issued for any registration changes or cancellations after April 30, 2024.
Any changes that would result in a refund must be made by April 30, 2024. No refunds of any kind will be issued after April 30, 2024, and any unused complimentary registrations will be forfeited.
If you fail to notify us of your cancellation or substitution by April 30, 2024, you will be responsible for the full registration amount and no refunds will be issued.
There will be no refunds due to weather or other travel delays.
The cancellation policy applies to all SparkThink@JAM and JAM programs.
Should Spark451 and Jenzabar cancel SparkThink@JAM, all registration fees paid will be refunded completely, regardless of date. No credit will be given for complimentary registrations.

Each SparkThink@JAM attendee is issued a name badge during onsite registration check-in. For safety and security measures, each attendee must pick up their own badge. Your registration provides access to SparkThink@JAM sessions, events, and meals and your badge must be work at all times to access these activities. Your registration does not provide access to JAM sessions. If a badge is lost or damaged, a $25 replacement fee will be charged. Badge swapping is not permitted. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match his/her identification will be removed from the conference without a refund.
The health and safety of all JAM and SparkThink@JAM participants are a top priority for Spark451 and Jenzabar. Currently, there are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend SparkThink@JAM, but Spark451 and Jenzabar reserve the right to enact health protocols at any time to ensure the safety of participants.
We will continue to monitor the health guidelines of the CDC, Gaylord and local authorities, and communicate any changes to registrants prior to SparkThink@JAM.
For the safety of all attendees, if you are exposed to, experiencing symptoms, tested positive, or are in quarantine due to Covid before the start of the conference, please do not attend SparkThink@JAM. Please contact [email protected] to discuss cancellation options.
